Hyatt Place Charleston Airport / Convention Center

The room was nice and comfortable. Not the largest but adequate. The lobby area is very spacious with different siting areas so different groups could meet without disturbing others. We actually played cards in the lobby area a couple of evenings with friends. The Breakfast was good with a nice selection. The location is actually close to some shopping if you need that and there are several restaurants within a couple of minute drive.

The man who checked me in was very friendly and professional. The room was very quiet and spacious.

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Charleston. The staff was super attentive and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and offered tasty hot options. The coffee was great. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I am sure to stay again here in the future.

Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. My room when I checked in was on the third, she asked if this was ok and I enquired about getting a higher floor and she said sure no problem. I had a King room which upon arrival was clean, had fresh towels, microwave and fridge.

Perfect location to whatever & wherever you want to do in Charleston. I was there for my sister’s graduation. I was able to walk from the hotel to graduation!! So many things to & places to go to near the hotel. I love walking & this was the perfect place for me to walk & be entertaining @ the same time..The breakfast,stay & staff was amazing!!
