The location is centrally located for those arriving to the airport or train and needing to rent a car. It was easy to drop off the rental off and arrive back to the train without issue.

The room was nice and comfortable. Not the largest but adequate. The lobby area is very spacious with different siting areas so different groups could meet without disturbing others. We actually played cards in the lobby area a couple of evenings with friends. The Breakfast was good with a nice selection. The location is actually close to some shopping if you need that and there are several restaurants within a couple of minute drive.

Convenient location to airport and convention center. Loved being able to walk to the convention center and to restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and appreciated all of the maps and guides.

About 2-3mins walk to convention center. Restaurant,stores, coffe shop nearby. I really liked the bed which wasn’t too hard or too soft

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Charleston. The staff was super attentive and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and offered tasty hot options. The coffee was great. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I am sure to stay again here in the future.

I loved the overall area of the hotel. Walking into the lobby, the hotel smelled so good. It was sort of like essential oils or something. It was nice that it wasn’t some strong smell to give me a headache. The staff were nice at the front desk and at the bar area at night.

Clean. Easy to get to. More reasonably priced than other Charleston properties for July 4th. The bar hostess who checked us in was very nice.

Great value hotel. We had lots of space in our room for all the bags we had with us. The beds were very plush and comfortable. The free breakfast each morning was tasty, had plenty of variety, and was a very pleasant bonus for us. We’d happily stay again.
